Lawyers Medical Services (LMS) was introduced to a case in October 2005. The medical evidence was required before the trial in February 2006.
The client failed to attend on 3 separate occasions (all of which he had confirmed with both the expert and LMS) LMS arranged a fourth and final appointment. They also arranged for a field agent to collect the client from his home and take him to the examination.
LMS received a faxed copy of the report a couple of days later, and a signed copy of the report on the day of the trial.
